The best time to use Algae Destroyer is when the water temperature is low. Higher temperatures can cause rapid decay of weeds and algae reducing the oxygen content of the water. Treats up to 480 gallons of water per 8-oz. Not recommended for use in water gardens. Treatment may injure water hyacinths and water lilies. Instructions: Add 5 teaspoons per 50 gallons of water.
