PRO-POLISH 16-OZ Description: Defoamer and surface enhancer
Type: Water Conditioner
Treats: 5,000 gallons
Description: Kent Marine PRO•POLISH beautifies your pond by eliminating unsightly surface foam, clearing tiny surface debris such as pollen etc., enhancing surface reflectivity and promoting clarity • The pond actually looks polished. • Safe for pond fish and other animals, all plants, and pond equipment.
Directions: Important: Shake bottle vigorously prior to each use! Add two teaspoons (2 capfuls from 16 oz. bottle or 10ml) per 100 gallons (378 liters) of pond water to defoam and beautify. If foam is particularly heavy, dose may be repeated. If foam returns after a day then water changes are needed. PRO•POLISH may be used daily, until water can be changed.
Considerations for use: Kent Marine PRO•POLISH is a polymer product which changes the water surface characteristics, enhancing surface beauty, causing foam bubbles to burst, and clarifying the water. It particularly helps keep down foam generated by water falls and fountains. It will not remove pollutants from the water but simply sequesters them, to keep them from being unsightly, so proper maintenance is still required.
For best results, provide proper filtration and circulation during use. Good water movement is required!
If the pond is heavily loaded with fish and plants and has not had proper water changes, use Kent WaterGarden Poly•Ox first, to lower the organic loading in the system. Then, wait 2 hours before using this product.
If the pond is cloudy or contains suspended clay or other particles, use Kent WaterGarden Pro•Clear first, to clump particles together and make them easy to filter out. Wait 8 hours before using this product.
If foam returns after a day, then the pond is likely loaded with organics and a large water change is required. Regular seasonal pond water changes are recommended, also.
Contents: Water, anti foaming agents, clarifying polymers, fish safe dye, stabilizers.
