Our system is configured to utilize the following:
A.) AVS The Address Verification Service (AVS) is a system designed to aid in the detection of suspicious transaction activity. For a transaction, AVS matches your billing address information provided by you ( the cardholder) with your billing address on file at the credit card issuing bank. The processing network then sends an AVS response code indicating the results of the match to the payment gateway. Without a match we will not process your order.
B.) CVV Card Code Verification, or CCV, is a payment gateway feature that verifies the card code submitted by you
( the customer) with the card-issuing bank. Transactions with card codes that do not match are rejected by the payment gateway according to the settings configured by the merchant. If you CVV does not match we will not process your order. Under new laws recently enacted your CVV code is purged once your transaction has been processed.

RETURN POLICY 1. 30 day policy enforced: refund will consist of full purchase price less 20% restocking fee unless stated differently by product description. Molds are less 30% restocking fee as of January 1, 2007. Shipping charges not refundable If you are returning a product in which LaBrake's Garden Path & Pond LLC paid the shipping/handling charge (items marked FREE SHIPPING) you will be responsible for the outbound shipping charge that we, as the shipper, incurred to have your order delivered. This amount will be deducted from your credit and is in addition to the 20% or (30% if molds or Stained Glass Meyda Tiffany items) restocking fee. 2. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return the product for a full refund less the restocking fee as long as the item/s are unused and in the original packaging and were purchased less than 30 days prior.
3. If the return is a product warranty, claims of this nature will be by the products manufacturer.
4. Purchaser must call LaBrake's Garden Path & Pond LLC for a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Returned products will not be accepted by our shipping & Receiving department without one. They will be promptly sent back to you. All items are returned at Purchasers expense. 5. In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged: Contact us immediately for instructions. Damaged items received by motor freight should be refused or the damage noted on the bill of lading depending upon the severity of the damage.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policies Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from our facility in New York. Most pumps, filters, tubing etc are shipped same day if you order before noon Eastern Standard Time
Orders requiring an item to ship Motor Freight are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
FREE SHIPPING applies to continental US delivery addresses only and is via ground UPS.
We ship within the Continental United States & Hawaii and Canada No exceptions.
We ship via UPS, We do not ship to a PO box. We therefore need a physical 'ship to' address to process your order.
